- Supply and replace air filter (1” and 2″ pleated filters only)
- Outside coils cleaned and interior coils visually inspected
- Thermostat inspection
- Electrical inspection

- Furnace inspection (if gas heat)

- Smoke/carbon monoxide detector inspection
- Bath/exhaust fan inspection
